Ed and family, hosts at the Crown Inn, Puncknowle, have opened up an unused storage area, and with assistance from The Pub is the Hub organisation with backing from Palmers Brewery, the shelves are now stacked and fridges and freezers filled with fruit, veg, meat, sweets and basic provisions.
On sale are fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, cakes and biscuits, basic household provisions, logs and much more!  On a Sunday we offer Sunday papers – if pre-ordered by midday on Saturday – and open at 10am so you can pop in, pick up your paper and peruse the headlines with a bacon sandwich and a coffee in front of the fire!
The shop is open – Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm
and on Sunday from 9am to 6pm
